Based in the heart of the City of Liverpool, our team are on hand to secure your digital future.

Our History

APOC IT was started to provide a company to operate Andy O’Hare’s IT Consulting from. Since then, it has grown with additional services being added all the time.

We have gone from providing IT Consulting, to full Cyber Security Solutions and everything in between.

When we first started out, Cloud computing was only just starting to take off and now with such a huge shift, many companies are taking all their systems online.

Andy O’Hare

Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer & Technical Consultant

Andy is the Founder of the company and has had a passion for IT since a very young age. at the age of 8 he would sit and watch his older sister fix and solve computer problems, write code and navigate through MS DOS and Windows 3.11.

By the age of 13 Andy would be puilling apart computers, upgrading them and building new ones.

Andy is also passionate about Grassroots football and is a part time football coach and team manager.

Nikki O’Hare

Service Desk Lead, Liaison to the Education Sector & Admin Assistant

Nikki has a passion for doing things right and makes sure that all of the administration is completed. Nikki takes care of the service desk tickets to make sure engineers are progressing those tickets through to completion and providing a speedy resolution.

Nikki trained to be a teacher and teaching assistant and uses that knowledge to help our company work with the education sector.

Leon Couriard

Service Desk Team Leader & First Line Support Technician

Leon has a passion for IT having first-hand experience building his own gaming PC with all the different components. He is also passionate about sports – football, tennis, formula 1. He loves both watching and playing.

Leon is here to make sure our customers are getting the best experience and services from us. He is currently still working on his IT qualifications whilst helping our customers with their technical issues. He also takes care of the service desk tickets to make sure engineers are progressing those tickets through to completion and providing a speedy resolution.

Sarah Jackson

SEO, Social Media & Marketing Manager

Sarah is the Founder and Managing Director of Multi-Award Winning Marketing Agency Hatter’s Digital Agency.

A self-confessed geek, with a passion for all things ‘Alice in Wonderland’, Sarah has over a decade of experience in the industry, and will happily talk about the merits of Organic vs Paid, how to build a Social Media strategy, and the best way to make returns from email marketing all day and all night!

Graham Coath

Podcast Host and Social Media Manager

Meet the man who brings the conversation, sets the tone, and turns moments into memories—our very own maestro on the microphone!

Graham brings together experience as a C-suite executive with his skills in journalism and broadcasting to help us create conversational content that enables us to tell not only our story but inspirational stories from across the business community.

Graham is also the man behind our distinctive marketing bringing character and humour to the world of IT Support. If you have a story worth telling, then get in touch we would love to have you on our podcast.

Chris Brown

Business Development Manager 

Chris has over 35 years experience in IT, 20 working for software vendors and the last 13 in the cyber security field, both in technical and commercial roles.

Chris has a wealth of experience to draw upon as well as a wide network of contacts throughout UK, Europe and the US. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the world of Cyber such as Symantec, Varonis and Netwrix as well as a number of small startups and has helped customers large and small across the world to be more secure, more agile and more effective with their technology needs.

We are a Business for good.

A business for good is the term given to companies who commit part of their profits to a good cause.

Those good causes are entirely at the discretion of the company and can range from water aid to a village in Africa, to more local causes such as foodbanks.

We feel that it’s important to give back to our community and take part in this business for good initiative.

Grassroots Football

With our Basic support plans we are putting £2 per user per month into grassroots football as a long term commitment.

That means that for 1 company with 10 members of staff we are putting £20 /month into grassroots football to pay for a players training.

Putting Money into grassroots football allows us to invest in the youth of today.

Grassroots Team Sponsorship

Not only do we commit part of our profits to grassroots football, We also sponsor Grassroots football teams with our partnership with Mini Huyton Soccer, and Prescot Cables we pay for new kits for the teams who need it.

A new kit gives a team and identity. That identity helps them feel like they belong together and helps them to bond and unite. we therefore commit to sponsor a team every season, and if we can do more, then we will.
